For years I struggled with my weight…
I tried numerous diets and meal replacement programs including keto, paleo, Atkins, WW, Nutrisystem, etc…
As well exercise programs that involved spending hours at a time at the gym…
But none of them helped me lose any weight!

What was interesting about her story was that her old body was similar to my own and conventional diet and exercise programs did not work for her as well…
